1. Business Overview
Felix Crego provides fixed-scope digital implementation services for businesses. Services may include AI-powered website development, SEO foundation setup, CRM and automation configuration, lead capture setup, analytics setup, website deployment, digital launch support, and optional post-launch optimization support.
Felix Crego operates as a sole proprietorship. Services are delivered digitally. No physical products are sold or shipped.
2. Digital Services Only
All services provided by Felix Crego are digital services. Delivery may occur through website deployment, staging links, hosting platforms, Vercel or similar deployment environments, CRM setup, automation setup, SEO implementation, shared project documents, email communication, text communication, video meetings, project management tools, and other digital methods.
Because services are digital, no shipping carrier, physical tracking number, or physical delivery confirmation will be provided.
3. Project Scope
Each project is defined by the applicable proposal, invoice, statement of work, order form, service agreement, or written communication between Felix Crego and the client. The scope of work may include specific deliverables, milestones, timelines, client responsibilities, and payment terms.
Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote, change order, or additional payment.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, access credentials, brand assets, logos, photos, service details, domain access, hosting access, CRM access, content approvals, and any other materials reasonably required to complete the project.
Project timelines may be delayed if the client does not provide required information, feedback, approvals, or access in a timely manner.
5. Payments and Milestones
Projects may be billed using milestone payments, deposits, fixed project fees, or separately agreed payment schedules. Payment terms will be listed in the applicable invoice, proposal, or agreement.
Common milestone structures may include project activation, onboarding/assets received, staging or deployment, review, and go-live support.
Payments are due according to the invoice or agreement. Felix Crego may pause work if payments are late, disputed, reversed, or not completed.
6. Optional Post-Launch Support
Optional post-launch optimization support may be offered after the initial implementation project is completed. This may include AI-assisted website improvements, SEO updates, content refinements, metadata updates, service page creation, location page creation, analytics review, CRM support, automation updates, or other digital optimization services.
Post-launch support is billed separately unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. No Guaranteed Results
Felix Crego does not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, lead volume, revenue, sales, advertising performance, conversion rates, or business outcomes.
Results vary based on market conditions, competition, client participation, website authority, business reputation, advertising budget, offer quality, industry demand, seasonality, and other factors outside the control of Felix Crego.
8. Revisions and Changes
Projects may include reasonable revisions if stated in the applicable agreement. Revisions must relate to the original scope of work. Major changes, new features, new pages, new integrations, strategy changes, or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund Policy posted on this website and any applicable written agreement between Felix Crego and the client.
In general, payments for digital services may be refundable only before work begins. Once planning, strategy, development, design, deployment, SEO setup, automation configuration, or other implementation work has started, payments become non-refundable to the extent work has been performed.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Felix Crego first at felix@felixcrego.com to resolve any billing concern, service issue, or refund request before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a chargeback or dispute is filed after work has started or services have been delivered, Felix Crego may provide documentation to the payment processor, including invoices, agreements, communications, screenshots, meeting records, deployment records, project notes, and proof of digital fulfillment.
11. Third-Party Platforms
Felix Crego may use or configure third-party platforms such as hosting providers, domain registrars, CRM systems, analytics tools, automation platforms, AI tools, search platforms, advertising platforms, email platforms, and other software services.
Felix Crego is not responsible for outages, policy changes, billing changes, account restrictions, service interruptions, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms.
12. Client Accounts and Access
The client is responsible for maintaining ownership, access, passwords, and billing for their own domains, hosting accounts, CRM accounts, ad accounts, analytics accounts, email accounts, and other third-party tools unless otherwise agreed in writing.
13. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the client retains ownership of their business information, brand assets, logos, images, and materials they provide.
Felix Crego retains ownership of internal processes, systems, templates, frameworks, automation logic, AI workflows, strategy documents, and proprietary methods used to deliver services.
Upon full payment, the client receives the right to use the completed digital deliverables created specifically for the client, subject to any third-party platform rules or licensing restrictions.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Felix Crego will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of this website or services.
